What we collect
Only what you send us: name, email, marketplace, ad-spend band and your message. Analytics is collected in aggregate via Google Analytics 4. No accounts, no advertising cookies set by us.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit and, where you have agreed, send occasional updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We keep enquiry data for 24 months unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
Scope of services
Work is defined in a written scope per engagement. Initial term of three months, then rolling monthly with 30 days written notice. Your advertising accounts, data and creative assets remain your property.
Fees and refunds
Management fees are invoiced monthly in advance; performance elements are invoiced against agreed milestones. Custom scopes are non-refundable once work has begun. Results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
